Zion Sanctuary Parish in Oshodi Counts Down to 51st Adult Harvest: Harvest of Covenant 2026

Zion Sanctuary Parish in Oshodi is kicking off a week of programmes leading to a milestone: the 51st Annual Adult Harvest and Thanksgiving Service, set for Sunday, November 1, 2026.

According to an announcement published by CCC Worldwide, the Oshodi II Special District Headquarters parish in Lagos has chosen the theme "Harvest of Covenant 2026", drawn from Genesis 15:1-18. The grand service begins at 10:00 a.m. at the church auditorium, 30 Sadiku Street, off Aforiagan Street, Charity Bus Stop, Oshodi, followed by a sale of harvest items.

The week-long programme, as announced, includes:
- Monday, October 26: men's and women's vigil
- Tuesday, October 27: spiritual consultation and a Good Women's Day programme
- Wednesday, October 28: seekers' service, charity outreach, evening service and youth vigil
- Thursday, October 29: spiritual consultation
- Friday, October 30: praise night
- Saturday, October 31: environmental sanitation exercise

Members, friends and the general public are invited. For enquiries, the parish lists 08080856774.

It is nice to see a harvest week that makes room for charity outreach and a seekers' service alongside the vigils and praise.

Over to you:
- How does your parish use harvest week to reach people outside the church?
- What does a covenant-keeping God mean to you this season?
