London's City of the Living God Parish Announces 19th Adult Harvest: "El Berachah - God of Blessing"

A week of thanksgiving is coming to South East London. According to the official programme flyer on the website of CCC City of the Living God Parish, Peckham, the parish will hold its 19th Adult Harvest and Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, November 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. prompt, under the theme "El Berachah - God of Blessing", drawn from 2 Chronicles 20:26-30.

The grand service is listed for the Asian Community Centre, White Hart Road, Plumstead, London SE28 1DG. The parish describes the harvest as the highlight of its year, a joyful season of praise, gratitude and celebration for the Zion Family.

The build-up week, held at the church premises, runs like this:
- Mon, Nov 16: Prayer of Intercession, 6:30-8:00 p.m.
- Tue, Nov 17: Bible Symposium, 7:00-9:00 p.m.
- Wed, Nov 18: Asele Anu (Heb 4:16), 7:00-9:00 p.m.
- Thu, Nov 19: Zion Women Conference, 6:30-9:30 p.m.
- Fri, Nov 20: Night of Praise, 7:00-9:30 p.m., then Prophetic Night, 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

The Shepherd in Charge is listed as VSE Michael Oladega Awolesi. The parish's own site says the harvest is free to attend and everyone is welcome. For the exact venue and any updates, check with the parish directly (info@thecityofthelivinggod.com).

A full week of prayer, learning, praise and vigil before the big Sunday is a lovely way to prepare.
