Oshoffa Moves to Empower Celestial Youths: UK Diocese to Set Aside 1% of Income
A quiet but meaningful announcement is making the rounds in the Celestial family this weekend, and it is about the next generation.

According to a report on CCC Worldwide's news site, the Pastor and Spiritual Head of CCC Worldwide, Reverend E.M.F. Oshoffa, has directed the UK Diocese to set aside one per cent of its income for youth development. The directive came at a joint meeting of the Executive Governing Council and Board of Trustees held on Friday, October 30, 2026, at CCC Harton Street Parish, the Diocesan National Headquarters.

Highlights from the report:
- The Pastor urged members to keep the peace, love and unity that the diocese is enjoying.
- He praised the diocesan Management Committee for promoting stability.
- He stressed giving young people room to discover, develop and show their God-given talents.
- Reports were presented on the diocese's administration and progress.
- A patron of the Imeko Convocation Committee also appealed for support towards hosting Imeko Convocation 2026.

Whatever your parish looks like, the message is simple: invest in the young ones, because they carry the church forward.

Over to you:
- How is your parish helping young people grow their talents and take part in church life?
- What one thing would you like to see funded for Celestial youths where you worship?
